Unfollow settings in Growbot explained
Unfollow options in Settings control who Growbot skips during an unfollow pass. Misconfigured options are the main reason people think unfollow is broken.

Two toggles under Following Options control whether Growbot retries past follows and whether filters run during each follow.
Load API delays (between queue fetches)
Load API delays pause between Instagram API calls while filling queues. They do not affect follow/unfollow/like action timing.

Instagram limits how many actions (follows, unfollows, likes) you can perform in a given time period. When you hit a limit, Growbot pauses automatically and waits.
Instagram blocked an action: what to do next
A temporary block means Instagram wants you to slow down. Pause automation, wait at least a day or two, use Instagram normally, and come back at about half your previous volume.
