Instagram behavior: Not Now, notifications, and background tabs
Three toggles under Instagram behavior reduce manual clicks and help scheduled actions fire reliably.
Why
Instagram constantly asks to turn on notifications or save login info. Growbot can dismiss those. Notifications tell you when a scheduled batch finishes. Keeping tabs awake prevents Chrome from throttling your queue.
How to use it
Settings → Instagram behavior:
- Click Not Now when Instagram asks to show notifications or Save Account Info
- Show browser notifications for scheduled actions
- Keep Instagram tabs running in the background (recommended when using Actions Queue)
Tips
- Allow browser notifications for instagram.com if you enable Growbot notifications.
- Pair with disable tab discarding in Chrome (see keep-running doc).
