How to load Instagram followers into Growbot
Pull followers, following, likers, commenters, and other account lists into the Accounts Queue so you can process them.
Why
The Accounts Queue is your main worklist. Before Growbot can follow, unfollow, or filter accounts, those accounts need to be loaded into the queue. You can load from multiple sources: a profile's followers or following list, the likers or commenters on a post, accounts from a hashtag, and more.
How to use it
- Open the Accounts Queue tab.
- On Instagram, go to the page you want to load from: a profile for followers or following, or a post for likers and commenters.
- Open the Load Accounts menu. Set Limit queue to first if you want to cap the number of accounts. The default is 50, and a few hundred is plenty while you are learning.
- Click a source:
- Load Current Page's Followers: the followers of the profile you are viewing.
- Load Current Page's Following: the accounts that profile follows.
- Load Likers: accounts that liked the media on the page you are viewing. Open a single post to target just that post.
- Load Commenters: accounts that commented on that media.
- Load Queue: a queue you saved earlier, a CSV exported from Growbot, a plain list of usernames, or Instagram's pending follow requests file. See How to cancel pending Instagram follow requests.
- If Growbot asks where to start in a long list, 0 begins with the most recent accounts, and a higher number skips that many.
- Wait for the accounts to appear. Growbot fetches them in batches, so larger lists take longer.
- Once loaded, you can filter the queue, select accounts, or process it with Process Queue.
Tips
- Start with a small queue (100 to 300) while you learn how the process works.
- You can load from multiple sources into the same queue. Growbot appends new accounts without removing existing ones.
- Loading followers of a large account (millions of followers) will take a while. Consider using a queue limit to grab just a subset.
