Load API delays (between queue fetches)
Load API delays pause between Instagram API calls while filling queues. They do not affect follow/unfollow/like action timing.
Why
Loading 5,000 followers hits many API pages quickly. Small delays during loading reduce 429 errors during the fetch phase, before you even start following.
How to use it
Settings → Automation → Load API delays:
Set seconds between calls for:
- Loading followers
- Loading following
- Loading commenters
- Loading likers
- Loading media/posts
0 means no extra wait. Try 1 to 3 seconds if loads fail partway through.
Tips
- These delays add to total load time. A 5,000 follower load at 2s per page can take a while.
- Separate from Wait N seconds after loading additional account info under Delays.
