Like-only and comment-only mode on the Accounts Queue
Process the Accounts Queue in Like Only or Comment Only mode to like or comment on recent posts from each user without following their profile.
Why
Sometimes you want visibility without adding to your following count. Like Only and Comment Only visit each account in the queue and interact with their recent posts only. This works well for warming up a new account or engaging with a list you already loaded.
How to use it
- Load accounts into the Accounts Queue (followers, likers, hashtag posters, etc.).
- Click Process Queue and open the action menu.
- For likes only: select Like Only, set how many recent posts to like per account, then run or schedule.
- For comments only: select Comment Only, set how many posts to comment on per account. Comments use your templates from Settings → Commenting Options (spintax supported).
- Growbot does not follow anyone in these modes. Each account gets a stamp when done (e.g. LIKED or COMMENTED).
- You can combine this with Get More Data first if you want follower counts or last-post dates before processing.
Tips
- Like 1 to 3 posts per account is usually enough. Liking a full dozen on every profile looks unnatural.
- Comment Only needs templates set up first. Test spintax on a small queue before running hundreds.
- These modes still count toward Instagram like and comment rate limits. Use delays in Settings.
