Reassign, redistribute, and pause the Actions Queue

Why

Schedules change. You might switch Instagram accounts, hit a rate limit mid-day, or realize your pending actions are bunched up at the wrong times. The Actions Queue management buttons fix that without rebuilding the whole queue from scratch.

How to use it

1. Open the Actions Queue tab.
2. Filter the list: check Hide Completed or Current Account Only, or type in the filter box under a column heading.
3. Pause: switch Actions Enabled to Actions Paused. Pending actions for the current Instagram account wait, and show Paused, until you switch it back.
4. Select actions with the row checkboxes, or use Select All, Select All Pending (every page), Select None, or Select Opposite / Invert Selection.
5. Reschedule Selected: enter days, hours, and minutes next to Reschedule by, then click it to move the selected actions later.
6. Redistribute Selected: opens a dialog where you set Actions per day, Start time, End time, and Min seconds between actions. Click Redistribute to spread the selected actions again, starting from now.
7. Redistribute All Pending: after a confirmation, spreads every pending action for this account again using your saved scheduling rules. There is no dialog. To change the rules first, use Select All Pending and then Redistribute Selected.
8. Re-assign Selected: moves the selected actions to another Instagram account. They run as that account from then on.
9. Repeat on account: copies completed actions onto another Instagram account as new pending actions.
10. Delete Selected removes the selected actions. Edit and Delete on a row change or remove one action.

Tips

• After changing your active hours, accept Growbot's offer to Redistribute into active hours so existing actions fit the new times.
• Re-assign does not run actions immediately. It only changes which account will execute them at the scheduled time.
• Pause the queue during manual browsing if you do not want follows firing while you are on the same account.
